A thank you message will pop-up in the centre of the page to inform you that the purchase procedure has been completed successfully. Finally, you will receive an email with all the order details and confirmation that it has been received correctly, to the email address you provided to us.   7. How can I track my order status?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to return the purchased products using our Easy Return procedure. Visit the "Returns and Refunds" section for further details.

  2. When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds on returned products will be processed as soon as possible, in any case within fourteen days from the date our warehouse receives the same. It may take from three to seven days to complete the refund depending on the transaction times of your bank.

  3. How will I receive my refund?

    All refunds for returned goods shall be made using the payment method used to purchase the same (credit card, prepaid card, paypal etc.) or by bank transfer (for payments by bank transfer or cheque), net of any taxes or import duties. If payment was made by Cash on Delivery, please indicate the bank details to which we can effect the refund on the "Easy Return" form.
