What are cookies?
Cookies are small text strings that the Website sends to the User's device, where they are stored to be retransmitted to the Website upon the User's next visit.
Cookies can be installed and managed directly by the owner of the website the User is browsing (so-called First-party cookies) or by a third party other than the owner of the website visited by the User (so-called Third-party cookies). Cookies are useful because they allow the Website to recognize the User's device, enabling seamless navigation between pages, remembering preferences, and improving the overall user experience. In some cases, certain types of cookies can also make online advertisements more relevant and tailored to the User's interests, or collect useful information to evaluate and improve the Website's performance and the effectiveness of the services offered.
Cookies can be stored on the User's device and continue to operate even after the browser is closed, until a specific period expires or they are deleted by the User (so-called Persistent cookies). Alternatively, they can be automatically deleted when the browser is closed or the browsing session ends (so-called Session cookies).
Below is a brief overview of the different types of cookies used on the Website.
1. Technical cookies
Technical cookies are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to allow the User to browse and use its features. This category includes, by way of example, cookies that allow the Website to: remember certain technical preferences of the User (such as language or country of navigation), store privacy preference settings, create an account, log in, manage orders, etc. User consent is not required for the installation of technical cookies, as they are strictly necessary to provide the Website and the services requested by the Us
2. Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies are used to collect and process information, in aggregate form, on how Users interact with the Website—for instance, regarding visited pages, the number of visits, time spent on the Website, interaction methods with the pages, and any navigation errors.
This information allows the Controller to generate statistics on Website usage, as well as to improve its functionality, content, and browsing experience. Analytical cookies can be treated as technical cookies—and therefore used without the User's prior consent—only when they are employed exclusively to produce aggregate statistics on Website usage and provided that the direct identification of the data subject is prevented. The User retains the right to manage or disable the installation of analytical cookies at any time through their browser settings.
3. Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are used, subject to the User's express consent, to observe and analyze the User's browsing behavior, including for the purpose of creating profiles based on their interests, preferences, or consumption habits. These cookies can be used, for example, to: display personalized content or advertising; suggest products aligned with those previously viewed or purchased; or deliver targeted advertising that matches the preferences shown by the User while browsing the web.
The use of these cookies is subject to the prior consent of the User, which can be granted, modified, or revoked at any time via the cookie banner or the dedicated preference management panel available on the Website.
LIST OF COOKIES PRESENT ON THE WEBSITE
Specifically, the cookies present on the Website are as follows:
Hot to manage or disable cookies
The User can manage their cookie preferences through the management panel available on the Website, which can be accessed at any time via the specific link located in the Website's footer.
Furthermore, by adjusting their browser settings, the User can choose to make the installation of cookies conditional upon their prior consent or prevent their installation entirely. However, disabling technical cookies may partially or completely impair the proper functioning of the Website and prevent the User from enjoying certain services or features.
Cookie configuration varies depending on the browser used. For more information on how to manage and disable cookies, the User can consult the instructions provided by the main browsers at the following links:
COMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The User's personal data collected through cookies may be disclosed to third parties that perform data processing operations on behalf of the Controller, duly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR, and required to comply with the obligations imposed by personal data protection regulations. The list of Data Processors can be consulted by writing to the e-mail address: info@alvieromartini.it.
Where required by law, such personal data may also be disclosed to entities acting as independent Data Controllers (for example, Judicial Authorities). The personal data provided will not be disclosed to additional third parties, nor will it be disseminated under any circumstances.

In accordance with current regulations, the Data Subject may exercise the following rights:
-
Access: to request and obtain information regarding the existence of their Data with the Controller, information regarding the processing operations carried out by the Controller, as well as to obtain access to such data;
